Fashion editor Guylaine Tilleau has always liked to hunt for ethnic fabrics during her travels. This is how she had fun making dresses and tops for herself at the very beginning from these fabrics. Knowing the codes of the fashion world inside and out, she knew better than anyone how difficult it was to launch a new brand in a saturated and very busy sector. However, her kimonos make the difference, make an impression, and charm with their unique personality and ancestral preciousness as exceptional as it is universal. From the start, her friends loved these very personal creations and very quickly ordered pieces from her. Hand.So.On was born.
Hand.So.on, unique creations and ancestral passions
It is in India that Guylaine Tilleau finds her silk kimonos and treasures and turns them into gold. One by one, she imagines them in a skirt, in fluid pants worthy of the 70s or in kimono, then she asks expert hands in Morocco to work their magic and this is how each season, she offers a very limited series of exclusive models of pieces from silk sarees. Passionate about stories, she tells herself that each piece of silk has already had a life, and that it is reborn in another form, with a different face.
His credo? Offer women a unique product from travel, revisited in a hand-made luxury bohemian spirit.
The Hand.So.On collections
True to the brand's DNA, the collections all feature unique and original models, in one size. From a 5 meter sari, only two pieces can be produced.
