Every order is prepared with great care!
All orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are shipped the next day (excluding Sales or Private Sales periods).
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout depending on the destination country.
Shipping fees are as follows:
- €10 for France, Monaco and Andorra.
- €15 for European countries including Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Finland, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- €25 for Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Croatia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Reunion Island.
- Free shipping for orders over €250.
- For delivery requests to other countries, please contact us by email.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the selected service and destination zone. Please note that La Grande Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance or payment processing operations.
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to return products. Items must be returned in perfect condition, complete (accessories, manuals, warranty, etc.), along with the invoice and a note including your contact details and request for refund or credit note.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Any customs fees related to returns from abroad are also the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that in case of non-receipt of your order, you have 30 days from the shipping date to contact us.
Beyond 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund.
The customer is solely responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided during checkout.
If you wish to return items, you have 15 days to be eligible for a refund.
Exchange requests can be made within 15 days after receiving your order, subject to availability.
