All orders placed before 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, are shipped the next day (excluding the period of Sales or Private Sales).
Shipping & Delivery
The shipping costs will be indicated when ordering according to the country of destination.
The delivery costs are :
• 10€ For France, Monaco and Andorre.
• 15€ For the following countries: Estonia, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Finland, Norway, The netherland, Denmark, Irland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Romania, Bulgaria, Hongria, Lithuania , Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia
• 25€ For the following countries : ,Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Croatia, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Reunion Island.
•Deliveries are free of charge over 300 € excluding Private Sales and Sales.
• For any delivery request on another country, you can contact us directly by mail.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the service chosen at the time of payment and according to the delivery area. Please note that La Grande Boutique can not be held liable for any delayed orders for reasons of delayed clearance or payment transactions.
How do I pay for my order?

Please note that if you do not receive your order, you have 30 days after the date of sending to contact us. Beyond this period of 30 days, we can not guarantee a refund.

How to make a return, an exchange?
